Scandinavia House will be screening the Finnish film The Day the Earth Froze (1959) on February 1 @ 6:30 p.m. The film is part of a survey of Finnish lumberjack films, created during the 1920s onward, organized by Dr. Vito Adriaensens (Columbia University | University of Antwerp).
